I continue to benefit from colleagues’ positive and constructive feedback. In my consulting experience, it is evident that other professionals appreciate and grow when the combination of courage, information and feedback are utilized in consulting engagements. Clients often marvel at the quantity and quality of progress they are able to make in a short time.
There is the old saying that if you do what you love, you will never work a day in your life. Well I effectively affirm and unselfishly delight in the well being of others and I am having a ball.
